They are registered with the Office Of The Public Guardian Number 3155935 dated 3/8/14
The 'stamped originals' are in the filing cabinet at home.
All the Attorneys are well aware of my thoughts about no resuscitation.
They know I want to be allowed to die and no attempts at prolonging the matter.
If were very ill I would take excess barbiturate tablets and go to sleep permanently.
