Hip Backrest JPEG.jpg

YES !

IF UNCONSCIOUS USE A BACKREST

Hip Pillow Pic JPEG.jpg

YES !

OR A PILLOW

I CAN'T LIE FLAT.

MY LOWER BACK WILL BE DAMAGED.

ITS HARD TO EXPLAIN - BUT ITS TRUE

ALWAYS USE 'BACK REST'

OR PUT A PILLOW UNDER LEFT LEG

WHY IS THERE A PROBLEM LIEING FLAT ?

1. Abnormal hip affects lieing flat.

2. This is NOT obvious to see.

3. The fixed hip bends the spine awkwardly

4. Normally I would position myself safely.

5. If unconscious I could not position myself to protect my spine.

6. Please use a back rest.

THANK YOU !

A BACK REST or PILLOW WILL STOP

SERIOUS DAMAGE TO ME

THANK YOU !

NB

1. Lying on RIGHT side is OK.

2. If MUST lie on my back :

3. Bending left knee a bit and placing left ankle over right ankle also helps.
