1 Congenital Dislocation of Left Hip.

2 Unclassified Auto Immune Condition

3 Systolic murmer

If acting bizarrely ?

Could be Auto Immune condition affecting brain ?

If unwell with unexplained symptoms ?

Possibly another of the Unclassified Auto Immune Condition symptoms.

NB Not on any regular treatment.

UNCLASSIFIED AUTO IMMUNE CONDITION

There are many symptoms .

ALL THE TIME

Painful joint edges ( no red or swelling)

Flitting joint pain - one week to 6 mths duration

Aching tender arm muscles

Mental fog

Totally drained of energy

Red lunula on nail half moons ( see index fingers).

Tender subcutaneous lower leg fat

( panniculosis - rare condition)

INTERMITTENT SYMPTOMS

Parotid Swelling and pain

Trigger finger - several digits.

Dry eyes

Tender and enlarged :

inguinal lymph nodes &

sub mandibular glands.

Sore and clicking temporo-mandibular joints

Pitted nails

Splitting nails

Sore SI joints

Bladder pain on micturition

Tinnitus ( loud)

TREATMENT

Prednisolone and hydroxychloroquine DONT work long term.

When very drained of energy, oral prednisolone of 30mg for two consecutive days helps.
